Terms of Service

Effective date: July 7, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between WORLDWATCHZ (worldwatchz.com, the "Company") and users in connection with the use of the watch information service (the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means the information service provided by the Company regarding watch brands, models, and prices.
  2. "User" means any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to users.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reasons for any amendment in advance.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • Information on watch brands and models
    • Price and product description information
    • Other services determined by the Company
  2. The Company may change the content of the Service and will announce such changes.

Article 5 (Accuracy of Information)

  1. The Company strives to provide accurate information but does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the watch information provided (prices, specifications, etc.).
  2. Please verify actual purchases and transactions through the relevant brand or authorized retailer.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in any of the following:

  1. Reproducing, distributing, or crawling Service information without authorization
  2. Infringing the Company's copyrights or other intellectual property rights
  3. Violating applicable laws or these Terms

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

Copyrights and intellectual property rights to the content included in the Service (text, images, design, etc.) belong to the Company.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is exempt from liability if it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
  2. The Company is not liable for any damage arising from information obtained by the user through the Service.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute related to the use of the Service shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location as the court of first instance.

These Terms take effect on July 7, 2026.
